In order to install an X-CUBE, we require you to have the following.
A minimum of 16 m² of clear, unobstructed floor space is needed for the X-Cube unit itself. The area should be rectangular or square and free from permanent fixtures.
The installation area must have a minimum ceiling height of 2.65 meters (about 8.7 feet) to safely accommodate the X-Cube structure.
A standard electrical outlet (230V/16A) is required, preferably on a dedicated circuit, to ensure consistent and safe operation of all X-Cube equipment.
A stable, high-speed internet connection (preferably wired) is necessary for booking systems, software updates, and online game features.
The location must be easily accessible for delivery and assembly. Doorways, hallways, and elevators should be wide and tall enough to allow the X-Cube components to be transported to the installation site.
The X-Cube should be installed in a dry, well-ventilated, and secure area, protected from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and moisture. This ensures the longevity of the equipment and the safety of users.
